For the St. Martin’s goose dinner, we serve a festive three-course menu, also available in a vegetarian option. Enjoy a wild mushroom cream soup with ravioli, roast goose with orange sauce, Burgundy-style red cabbage, and oven dumpling. To finish, indulge in mulled wine mousse with pear ragout.
