Anticipation for Christmas at the winter brunch at the CAPITOL. With breakfast and hearty dishes: leek cream soup with croutons, roast goose with orange sauce, Burgundy-style red cabbage, and oven dumpling, as well as salmon with root vegetables and baked potatoes, and spaghetti with lentil Bolognese and Parmesan. The sweet finale is a white chocolate and marzipan mousse with sour cherries.
